Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in rough and/or finished carpentry or concrete work
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled with construction tools and equipment
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to treat colleagues, clients, and subcontractors with respect
• Professionalism: Strong commitment to honesty and ethical conduct
• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and develop within the company
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and work in outdoor conditions as required
• Reliable Transportation: Necessary for job site access

Responsibilities:

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in production processes.
• Carrying concrete in and out of construction space.
• Support residential construction projects by contributing to tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet project deadlines.

Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted.
