A local family came to DBC remodeling for their basement to be remodeled into a nicer, cleaner and sager space for them all to enjoy. Through Total Basement Finishing's products and expertise, this was done successfully - with the installation of a sump pump, dehumidifier and air purifier, improving everything about their home - including their basement which turned out looking excellent. And since conventional methods are usually affected by moisture in the basement environment, they went with Total basement's cement board finished wall panels which also come with PVC trim at all joints.

This laundry room is fully protected from water and moisture, It has plastic sheeting over the walls to prevent any moisture coming in.

Mechanical Room

This basement comes with the Sanidry Dehumidifier as well as a Sedona Air purifier, which is one of the best ways to keep the air clean in the whole house. There is also a below surface sump pump that will pump out any water that comes into the basement.
