DBC made sure that this sunroom was large enough, climate controlled and suitable to fit a Swim spa for the homeowners to enjoy all year round. This Swim spa and Sunroom was set on a concrete pad, has windows surrounding the whole swim spa, and steps leading up to the Swimspa. The sunroom and steps are built of vinyl and composite material, so unlike wood this material will not rot and with stand the wet conditions from the Swim spa.
